The short version

This site is a personal publishing platform. It aims to collect the minimum: no advertising trackers, no third-party social scripts, and no sale of personal information, ever.

What this site collects

  • Contact form: the inquiry type, name, email address, and message you choose to send. When you submit, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical challenge data to prevent abuse; a same-origin server-side function validates your submission; and Resend, an email delivery provider, delivers the message to Jose's mailbox. Your email address is used only as the reply address for that message. It is not used for marketing and is not added to any list.
  • Newsletter: none. This site does not collect email addresses for a newsletter or mailing list.
  • Analytics: none. This site runs no analytics, no tracking scripts, and no advertising cookies.
  • Server logs: standard web hosting logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) retained by the hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical challenge data for security as described above. If a future tool changes the site's cookie use, this policy and any legally required consent mechanism will be updated before that tool ships.

How your information is used

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry. There is no newsletter, no mailing list, and no marketing use of anything you send.

Sharing

Personal information is not sold or rented. Commercial inquiries you explicitly direct to BrightBlitz are shared with BrightBlitz to respond to you. For the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical challenge data to prevent abuse and Resend, an email delivery provider, delivers your message to Jose's mailbox, as described above.

You can request a copy or deletion of any personal information held about you by writing to [email protected].
